Stumble Upon is a great website that can send thousands of unquie visitors to your businesses website.

Which is better blogs with StumbleUpon or websites with StumbleUpon. I really honestly think that a blog is much better and easier to promote on StumbleUpon. Blogs have many different pages and should be producing new content everyday. If you submit every blog post to StumbleUpon there is no telling how much traffic you could recieve from that, espically if you have a top notch article. If you have a website and you want to use it for StumbleUpon BE CAREFUL! You are only allowed to submit a url once. So if you submit your home page you have to remember you will never be able to submit it again.

StumbleUpon Tips. When you submit an article to StumbleUpon be sure to fill out all of the fields epecially the category field. That’s how most people find and Stimble your url in the first place. Also when you create your title keep in mind the search engines, Social Sites, and people will see it. So your title is very important.

More Blg Visitors

How To Get More Blog VisitorsThe hardest part in blogging I believe is getting more blog visitors. Most blogs say that once you get to, let’s say 200 daily visitors it’s hard to grow your traffic. That never made any sense to me I always and will always think that when you get around 200 daily visitors your blogs traffic will sky rocket. I think that that is when your blog’s traffic builts under its own visitors. What I mean is that all of your current visitors might retweet or link to your blogv posts, createing even more traffic. This is what I like to call the BBP.

BBP is short for the, “Blog Breaking Point.” The Blog Breaking Point is when your blog does not colapse under it own weight, but rises under its own weight. What I just said does not make too much sense, but in the bloging world it makes perfect sense. The question is how do you get to the Blog Breaking Point, when and where is the BBP for your niche, and how to get more blog visitors with the BBP.

The BBP is not the same for every niche. In my niche it’s really, really low because all of my visitors own a blog or would like to own a blog therefor they will link to me and retweet my blog posts, because they probably have a blog and a Twitter account. Other blogs such as sports blog may have a high BBP. What I think is the higher the BBP the easier it is to get to your BBP in the first place.

How to get more blog visitors. There are many ways to get more blog visitors. My favorite and most effective is, guest posting. Guest posting can build up a ton of traffic. Guest posting is when you go to a popular blog and contact them saying, ” I just wrote a guest post for your blog. Here is the article for your blog  {Article} Thanks, Joe.”

I’d say at the begginging I tried 10 and didn’t succed. When your first start to guest post, try to start on small blogs  (One of my mistakes). Guest posting is simple and it really shows you how to get more blog visitors.

How To Find A Good Domain Name

How do you find a good domain name? This is very important for any blog or website. This is and could be one of the main mistakes online businesses and blogs make during their time on the web. Their are a few secrets to find a domain. I made a huge mistake when I first bought my domain. I believe that domains should be a short keyword phrase, that get about 5,000 to 100,000 monthly searches. I found mine and did not use that strategy. I later found out that that only had about 200 monthly searches. Think that’s bad, my keyword phrase was accually a product name, that means that almost everyone searching that wanted info on the product WordPress Goldmine. So nobody was interested in reading my blog.

As I said to find a good domain name you have to find a keyword phrase that recieves around 5,000 to 100,000 monthly searches. That keyword phrase should be whatiswordpressandhowdoyouuseit.com. That domain is way to long the phrase should be around 2 to 4 words. Another bad one is wordpressvsblogger.com, that is searched often and is only about three words, so what’s wrong with it? It is on a too small topic. I can write one 400 word blog post about that, then never talk about it again. If your whole blog is not about WordPress Vs Blogspot. Then that should not be your domain name. Your domain name is sort of like a Title for your entire blog, use it wisely.

Where do you find how often a keyword or keyword phrase is searched on Google? I use Google keyword tool. If you go to google, type in Keyword tool than click “I’m feeling lucky.” It will bring you to Googles keyword tool. All you do is type in the keyword phrase then hit search, and it automaticly tells you how many monthly searches there are and, it also tells you other relavent keywords and how many monthly searches they have too. Looking at all of that may get confusing and you might wonder which one has a low amount of competition, but still gets a high amount of monthly searches. Don’t worry about that Goo also shows you the amount of competition of each phrase.

Finding a good domain name can be complecated but if you do it right you could double or triple your traffic to your website or blog if it’s done properly.

Youtube is a very powerful traffic increasing site. Youtube numbers in views seem to keep growing non-stop. What does this mean for bloggers? Does your blog need a Youtube acount? I know mine has one, but does every blog need one? Youtube has some crazy facts about their site traffic wise and video watching wise.

  • The domain Youtube was registered on Valentines day, 2005.
  • Over half of Youtubes users are under 20 years old.
  • 70% of all registed acounts on Youtube ae in the USA.
  • Youtube could release up to 60,000 new movies every week.
  • It would take someone 1,000 years to watch all of the present day Youtube Videos.
  • The first Youtube Videos was called, “Me At Zoo,” by one of Youtubes founders.
  • Youtube recieves about 73 Million Visitors everyday.

If you recieved just .00005% of Youtubes traffic that would be 36 visitors everyday. That’s a ton considering that percentage. If you don’t have a Youtube acount I suggest that you create one as fast as possible. Recieving just .00005% will be easy and that’s 36 high quality visitors straight to your blog! Even if you have no clue on how to create a video ( Believe me it’s hard! ) I still suggest that you create a Youtube acount just for your blog. You never know you could still get some high quality visitors.

If you are going to create a video and you have no clue how to do it then listen up! I’ll tell you two of the most common ways to create a video on Youtube. First is a web cam. If you have a web cam then that is really easy to insert a video on Youtube. Simply go to the upload video section on Youtube and there should be two options. One, Upload a video. Two, Record from web cam. Recording from your web cam is easy with Youtube just hit record, then it stop then your done ( That’s really easy! )

The other way is recording your screen. This is much more complecated, but it is great for showing tutorials on how to do something with your computer or online. First, you will need to go to uTipu, download it then, it will show you how to use it. When you finish save the file the go to the Youtube upload page and click upload your video, it’s simple from there on. So do you think all blog owners should have a Youtube acount?

Digg For Business

Digg For BusinessDoes Digg For Business Work? Hitting Diggs home page can instantly send over 10,000 visitors to your website or blog in an extremly short period of time. But, hitting Diggs home page takes time, lots of time. If your like me you would like answers fast, like in hours fast. Saddy many people are slow, which slows down a lot of questions and answers.  So, hitting Digg’s home page will take about one month maybe two. If you can get over 5,000 followers on Digg and be an active Digg user then you will be able to hit Digg’s homepage when every you submit a story.

The new Digg simple and more fair. Before the New Digg, their were such users called, “Power Users.” Power Users were given extra advantages, and would have almost all of their articles end up on Digg’s home page. Of course now it’s different. If you would ask the question, “Does Digg Work For A Business.” I would say yes. Digg is extremly helpful in driving quality traffic to any website or blog for free!

To make it work for your business you need followers, lots of them. On Twitter if you have zero followers then, you will get zero visitors from Twitter. It’s the same with Digg. The only thing that’s different than Digg is the way to get the followers. You can’t just follow 100 people and expect 50 of them will follow you back. You would have a good return if only five people followed you back. There are a few ways to get followers with Digg. First you can Digg a lot just Digg every article in your blogs category. When you have dugg all of the articles in those categories, you need to go follow all of the people who submited those articles. Then go follow ten all of their followers. Digg a few of their stories then repeat the process the next day. After about ten to twenty days you can unfollow all of the people that never followed you back.

What’s your blog’s niche? Digg is more tech focused than any thing else. So if you have a blog about art or sports then you may want to rethink if you want to market on Digg. Even though I have seen art and sport articles on Digg’s home page, I have not seen them very often. You can also bring each of those topics in to a more techy region. For sports you could do fantasy sports, talk about who should your first draft pick be and other stuff like that. In art you could talk about editors like GIMP, Photoshop, and other art creating software. I’d say Digg For Business Works!
